Two key hires to boost A&D experise

We have made two key appointments at our Manchester office which are designed to expand our firm’s Architects and Designers (A&D) offering.   Paul Dean, 48, and Ryan Beggs, 25, have joined the business as consultants and both men enjoy reputations for high levels of design expertise and understanding.   Ryan, originally from Liverpool but now living in Manchester, is an Interior Architecture and Design graduate of Leeds Beckett University.  He comes to RCI from the highly respected 5plus Architects, where he worked closely with the A&D community on a wide variety of projects for a diverse range of clients.   Paul, who lives in Stockport, joins RCI from the Penketh Group, where he held the position of workplace consultant.  He brings to the consultancy specialist knowledge of art and design gained from his past career as both an art lecturer and an art psychotherapist, working with ex-Forces personnel suffering from PTSD.   “The role really excites me,” said Ryan.  “To join such a well-established, truly independent consultancy that also boasts such a great style aesthetic is a rare opportunity.  I am looking forward to exploring new briefs and concepts, offering a bespoke service to interior designers and architects in a way that helps progress RCI’s offering even further.”   “I’m delighted to join such a forward-thinking consultancy,” added Paul.  “My career history in the art and design industry, coupled with my invaluable experience in psychotherapy, allows me to approach projects with a unique eye and a true understanding of collaborative working.”   Our company Director, Emma Bennett, added: “We work in harmony with architects and designers precisely because we understand the pressures and challenges they face, which makes Paul and Ryan a perfect fit for our team because of their combined experience and expertise.  Both apply a bespoke approach to every project, bringing each and every A&D’s vision to life.   “2017 has already proved to be an important year for us, and these two key hires reflects both our ever-increasing client base, and our ambitions for the future.”
